We are looking for a Client Services Manager to join our team!
We have an opening for a motivated Client Service Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Client Services Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Main point of contact for clients in the coordination of documents needed to deliver exceptional financial advice.
- Assist the team with client onboarding and implementation of advice recommendations.
- Prepare and review compliance checklists, consent forms, and ongoing financial year compliance requirements.
- Complete final compliance checks and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
- Proactively managing and supporting our clients to take the follow up action to implement their financial advice and strategies.
- Work with the paraplanning team to coordinate the delivery of SOAs, ROAs, and other advice documentation.
- Work with the team to ensure compliance standards are strictly adhered to.
- Positively contribute to a collaborative company culture and strive to continually improve professionally.
- Implementation of advice recommendations including management of applications for superannuation and investment accounts and insurance providers.
- Record, update and maintain client information in CRM/AdviserLogic.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Client Services Manager in a Financial Planning firm.
- Being proficient in financial planning software (AdviserLogic) would be highly regarded, but not essential.
- You are an efficient self-starter who thrives with complete autonomy, with evidence of productive WFH.
- Exceptional organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A committed and caring attitude focused on productivity, high-quality service and clients’ goals.
- Capacity to juggle competing priorities efficiently and successfully.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional presentation skills and a polite, caring, self-motivated manner.
